oh man yesterday's thinking day rally was like haha:DD especially the part where we totally missed cheering for the PNA thingo. i really couldn't recognise gaomin coz its like so far away, then i heard Nanyang, but then it was Nanyang Girls Secondary School so I thought i heard wrongly, but really it turned out to be us. it was like so funny can! coz i was still trying to spot gaomin from all the bluey people then someone from behind shouted that our turn is gone! ahhhhhh,thats how life is yeah. and lesson learnt is to be more observant.
and I'm very gan dong that thinking day has finally come to an end. well, i don't think its the end of anything, but instead it marks the sign of a new beginning, for the company and each and everyone of NYGG. we are all going to embark on a new jorney,with our hearts as one, making 2008 a more fufilling year than 2007. we'll bring on the spirit we had in 2007, and continue to shine in our guiding life:DD

oh wells and i promise that we'll get our two gold back next year. hehh lets jiayou:D this also reminds me that i still have the initiative proposal to work on!
and i was quite inspired by the notion " Every Guide A Leader". and i totally agree that everyone will be a leader in her own way. it also brought me to reflect on how was I as a leader of this company. Am i considered a leader because of the authority/post that I have or is it the qualities that I have or the things I do that make me a leader? well, i guess I'll need to lead from my heart, lead by example, and lead because I want to and not I need to. I think this is something everyone needs to know, that Leadership is not a position of authority, but a position of inspiration.
well, lets all reflect on the journey that we've gone through and lets welcome this new journey.
