heyhey!

finally came back from LTC yesterday and then went to HCI for campfire.

right. after LTC yesterday,me sandy yuxin yenjin yixian and iris went to taka. heyhey! we saw a lot a lot of cute stuff! and the nice notebook shop and the bigbig art friend. oh my!! and we bought this paper clip and each of us had one. and guess what? everyone had animals and i had a house. so the animals live in my house<33

oh and we had this lin gan to revamp the guide room! like buy new furniture and things like that. all the things there were just too pretty..

we took neos! tried out two machines! and because of neos,we almost got late for campfire.

then we quicly run and run around orchard trying to look for the busstop which had busses back to nanyang. and then we crossed this super big and dangerous junction and i was super scared! IRIS lead us in the crossing and me and sandy were like freaked out. it was VERY dangerous!

and finally we found the bus stop and yet decided that we should take a taxi.
we flagged and flagged but none came.
then one super posh one came, once we got on the taxi,it was $5.80. oh my goose can! and we were telling the driver to drive faster! and the driver cheated us..he gave us indonesian ringgit?

HCI campfire was ok lah.pissed at HCI scouts. they copied our cheers. and we also xia ding jue xin to come up with new cheers for nygg. haha<33 ++we saw MS NG!! <33

LTC finally concluded which means we will now be standing at a new chapter of our lives! nyggbatch05,we can do it ok!!
don't be so worried batchies... we ren duo shi zhong!
and i realised that term3 is going to be very busy.
very worried that my results will drop..so must study hard during june to bu chang.

the first week of my june holidays are gone soon!

the first three days of holiday gone. totally this camp don't seem exciting



just got my report book yesterday!
for once i am pleased with myself
it looked so pretty can!
straight As. 3 A1s and 4A2s!

for once..i didn't get any B3.

and TWONG gave very good remarks!

msg is quite high! 1.69. grrrrh!! i shall aim for 1.0 for end of year! yeah man..amanda can do it!

ohhh! and something that i am proud of is....
MY IH results is highest in the whole level!! another excuse for me to get more allowance from my mum<3333

and i am having post chem car symptom.
i still can't believe that we got 3rd and all thanks to dunman sec!! that tyco round was like !?!?! and that dunman guy was still so gentlemen and shook hand with me and said congrats. aiyoh..would we have shaken their hands if we lost?

just rented huan zhu ge ge from the store. super funny can! its series two and xiaoyanzi is so comical with all the cheng yu jokes! and qing er makes me want to go bei my tang shi now!!!

3rd is not bad afterall! i feel like dreaming can!
chem car..we got 3rd! 100 per cent for SIA!!

at first,we thought we couldn't even get through the prelims coz our car moved 17 instead of 12. but luck was on us and we got through!
and then we screamed and screamed when we know we got through.

haha..then finals was knockout round.
we were like thinking: get through prelims will get 80% already so lose or win nevermind.

then guess what? we were supposed to move 15m and our car moved 12m and the other team moved like 6m and so we got into next round! we scream again.
then i told an-ning: hey i feel like winning. 100 percent now is tempting since we've come so far.

okay.so second round. distance to move was:17m.
wasn't very sure of the proportion coz we never try before.
and it turned out that: our car moved just nice 17m. woohoo!! oh my gosh..by this time we were like hugging and pinching one another to see if we were dreaming.

then now..its the TYCO round.
we really passed through this round by luck.
distance to move was 10 m. our car didn't move 10m before..it always exceeds or less than 5m.

so we just ran our car. it moved only 3m. so we were 7m away from the 10m mark and then i was hoping the other group will run like 20m so they are further away from the 10m than us.
and can you guess what really happened?
the opponents car only moved 2m!!
and we won the round!
so amazing can! we all had the shocked look coz we knew we lost already.
and everyone there was so shocked and when we knew we won that round we screamed and screamed !!!!!!

fourth round,aiming for top 2. so yeah..distance to move was 14m. our car moved like 6m only so yeah.we had to go for the last round for the 3rd and fourth placing.

final distance was 20m. tyco round too.
our car moved like about18m. and the other group moved approx 23? and from the starting line,we saw that the other group was nearer to the 20m mark than us.
but amazingly,the judge said we are nearer.
and then this time round we hugged and screamed and did loads of wierd thing!!

oh man..our effort paid of and all our money wasn't wasted.

WE GOT 3rd!! and our chem SIA is full marks.

WELL DONE>33

so tired now.. going to sleep!

just came back from coro.
i did a good deed today! helped this woman carry her stuff down the bridge to the busstop.

err..went to but corro tee but no M size. so err.. terry was hungry so we ate sushi.

wanted to but the LTC foodstuff but terry said that it was expensive.so i shouldn't buy there.

then i slept all the way on the bus.

tomorrow is chem car competition! rather excited. and nervous. and scared.





have been comtemplating whether should i delete my blog.

reasons being i've been wasting a lot of time blogging and reading blogs and my results are deproving! 0.7 percent!!!
heh..end of year is coming soon so i shouldn't waste time.
plus according to terry,its better writing a diary.why should i let others know what I'm thinking?

today's sabbiticals I AND E was kinda slack. and an-ning won the stupid game. and she's so ego over it.

it wasn't so bad afterall.
today's CCA is nice!
we learnt new commands! and we finally finished the footdrill syllabus.
but hey..the sec twos also finished too! shouldn't have taught them so much for pageant.
but heyhey..sec threes are still better in drills. more experienced.from all the sweat and scoldings.

haha<333 and quite emo too at the end when the sec fours talk to us.
and i got a irritated or rather disgusted stare frm someone. all because of an-ning's fault.hmph!

took 66 with yuxin sharlene meiting and calean.
then me and sharlene sat at the back talking about calcutta!
wooohhh..then she say sec four must get super good results to choose the subjects you want in JC.

calean was very tired.
and slept in a wierd position.

Mrt back was fast coz we talk and talk about prom night and calcutta.
YES,peace and patience. i will rmb okay! if not sharlene and meiting will kill me.

tmr is going to be a scary and exciting day.

and then i sms charis to come to school tmr! cannot abandon me:)))

june holidays are coming soon but i don't seem excited.

i was really pissed when i read the article.

heyhey..comeon..its not true.

Singapore's education system doesn't breed elitism.

so what if we study in a so-called prestigious school NYGH? does it mean that we are the elites of the society? I beg to differ. why can't those studying in the neighbourhood schools be elites?
maybe we should consider,what is the definition of elites
from wikipedia ELITES
is a relatively small dominant group within a larger society, which enjoys a privileged status which is upheld by individuals of lower social status within the structure of a group.

right..so it doesn't mean that if you can study well you are the elites.

i don't think we look down on those from neighbourhood school. do we? and in fact there are many non-academical areas where those people are far more better than us.

just came back from outdoor cooking today!
stink a lot and my shoes are all muddy and dirty.
today's outdoor cooking was exciting.

as our patrol was seriously overloaded with manpower,i was sent to sunflower and sparrow patrol.
heyhey..i go there i feel you3 yong4 can! not like in my usual patrol..nothing to do one lor!can just stand there and watch. heh we got 9 people in our patrol leh!

heh and we finished FIRST. haha<33 quite cheng gong!
then after that i went back to jasmine coz they still cooking.

and and today i learnt how to make more amber. ms ong corrected us that thicker wood should be used instead of the thin ones.

then someone ah-em at me for a few times today becoz i wasn't a good sec three... i should let the juniors do the work so that they can learn more. amanda cannot be so selfish. reflectreflect!

i washed a changkul today,i brought down to meet sharlene and anthea and they told me that its not clean enough. so i went up to clean while the rest were having patrol corner!! and then the most hilarious thing was that then i went up..and i had to greet.

very bu xi guan right! coz from sec one we have been greeting this long list of people. and every year it gets shorter and shorter until it sounds wierd.

i didn't eat what we cook today,reason simply being i am so dirty that i got no apetite,partially becoz of my sorethroat.


ohhh..and why everyone don't believe me that batch chalet is cancelled? becoz all booked liao(: tsk. but can have outing.

today our class got quite a few people sick! its sort of a bug that causes fever.

LA was nice today.We watched this sorta musical thing,i forget the name! and it was rather nice though i don't understand the front part but after some explanation from an-ning i managed to follow through! and last part i understood! and it was nice:))

guess what? I GOT AN A2 for LA. something that is so surprising for me can! i am so pleased and happy with myself.

then today chem prac was sso wierd again.
I didn't have my partner jiaming and an-ning didn't have her partner carin.
haha..so me and an-ning territorised the whole bench.
but my titration skills suck lah.

ohhh.. and i got to know 2 shanghainese today!
shanghainese people are just like normal people and they don't look shanghainese at all!

i just went to pick twigs. i very guai rite?! and then i got like 7 mosquito bites!! and lots of people were like glaring and staring at me! aiyoh..pick twigs for 3 years, zao jiu xi guan liao le!

if you really think that a leader is one who is so strict and fierce...then you are wrong
if you really think that you are a real leader.. i beg to differ.

a 100% leader is one who does different things in different moods and she knows what she is doing and where she is going.

a leader needs respect and cooperation from her group members.
a leader needs support from other people.

if you are complacent just because you lead us... then let me tell you.. you make no difference from any of the people around you.

complacent will not bring you far. lets wait and see.

maybe we all made a wrong choice, in believing in you.

i realised i changed a lot this year.which i don't like. i prefer the happy old days where you didn't notice me and i can do my own things.

and then the zhong dian for today is..we didn't do 2.4run today! which means i get to train tmr!

ohhh..and we have a PSL notebook. pretty nice.. but yenjin pointed out to me that most of the contents were similar to the council notebook.

did i tell you i'm going to calcutta? with yenjin,cheryl,jiayu,anning and yezhen! yeahyeah...oh yeah the Mrs Chew is coming too.
pretty excited though..coz its the first time i going to india..and heard from sharlene that it was quite nice. haha..and we get to sit Singapore Airline! i thought it will be some ulu ulu budget airline but it turned out otherwise

this weekend is so nice. ishall take a nicenice break.
