today PCCG,
First,must answer some quetsions about emotions and etc.
What made you upset before?Why were you upset.Ans:Because Jingying and Anning always bully me, anning don't lend me rough paper to answere these quesionsHow did you feel?Ans:I feel sad coz got no paper to right and i am so bullied untill i can't pay attention in class.Then Twong was talking about this internal or external mindset thing, and that we should be the internal type which is being optimistic and never blame others for the sorry plight you are in.
A positive attitude makes a difference:)

My nice batchmates-for hosting people so well today and eating with me.You'all did a great job!
Jingying-for helping me during maths lesson though i coudn't catch what is she talking about.
Calean-for passing my current affairs..woohoo!
Kyna-for passing my axemanship..yeah man!
Vicki-For passing my Road Signs and Signals..'' I did it"
And loads and loads of people who have brought sunshine to my life today.
